I never like using the word ‘user’ it’s ‘people or customers’. Here is just a small sample of people centred journeys for brands such as Coke, Sky and Lucozade. For me and the clients I work for it’s a great way to see on one slide how an idea translates across all different forms of media and how people will interact and be effected with that idea.
